Request account deletion
You may request deletion of your Pageant Atlas account and associated cloud data at any time.
- Open Profile.
- Open Safety & Privacy Center.
- Select Delete My Account & Cloud Data.
- Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
If you no longer have the app, cannot sign in, or have already uninstalled it, send a deletion request to:
Use the subject Pageant Atlas Account Deletion Request and include the email address used for the Pageant Atlas account. We may ask for limited information needed to verify that the requester controls the account before completing the deletion.
What is deleted
When an account-deletion request is completed, Pageant Atlas deletes the account and associated cloud data that is not required to be retained for a legitimate legal, contractual, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute, or security purpose.
This may include:
- account and profile information;
- saved pageants, planning data, entries, results, titles, and scorecards;
- notes, checklists, speech/practice material, and saved practice attempts;
- wardrobe information and account-owned uploaded files;
- community posts, comments, and account-owned community content;
- marketplace or vendor submissions created by the account, where applicable;
- other cloud records associated with the account, subject to the retention exceptions below.
- beta application information associated with the same email, where applicable and not required to be retained for a legitimate legal, contractual, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute, or security purpose.
Local-only data stored exclusively on a user's device may need to be removed from that device by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.
Data that may be retained
Certain limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud or abuse prevention, moderation and child-safety investigations, legal or contractual compliance, dispute handling, or other obligations permitted or required by law.
If you participated in the invited private beta and electronically signed the Pageant Atlas NDA/Beta Tester Agreement, a limited acceptance record may be retained after account deletion when reasonably necessary to document that agreement or protect legal or contractual rights. This can include the agreement version, legal name, account-email snapshot, county/state, typed signature, consent confirmations, and server-recorded acceptance time.
Backup copies may remain for a limited technical recovery period before they are overwritten or deleted through normal backup rotation. Pageant Atlas aims to complete ordinary verified deletion requests within 30 days. Limited backup or security-related records may remain for up to 90 days, unless a longer period is required by law or is reasonably necessary for a documented safety, fraud-prevention, or legal purpose.
Delete data without deleting your account
Pageant Atlas provides in-app editing and deletion for a number of user-created items. You may also request deletion of certain account-associated data without deleting the entire account by contacting:
Use the subject Pageant Atlas Data Deletion Request and describe the data you want deleted. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on the request.
